Lemon and Ginger Juice Concentrate

Lemon and Ginger is a classic culinary combination. Sprightly lemons from our estate are squeezed to give their citrus juice and mixed with fresh ginger to make the world’s most popular and refreshing lemon and ginger drink. So versatile you can even add it to hot tea!

We believe in honesty and transparency. We don't add any harmful preservatives, additives, or colours. We do, however, add sugar, water and citric acid to optimise the taste of the real fruit and preserve it naturally. 

We know that many people, for health reasons, choose to avoid sugar. Which is why the strength of the juice you make from our concentrates is up to you. Add more water or soda for a less sweet drink.  

Ingredients :

• Lemon juice
• Water
• Sugar
• Ginger
• Citric acid

Serving suggestion:

• One part of concentrate
• 3 parts of chilled water or soda. You can enjoy it in tea or with hot water too. 
• But hey… do it your way…Store in refrigerator. Lasts for 90 days.
